A first prototype of Treedex was build with PyQt as a standalone app. Its features are showcased in this page: check the images on the sidebar, and the additional resources below.

Note, however, that the PyQt version has been discontinued. Instead, starting from 2021, we decided to integrate Treedex into the ETE toolkit framework, so that it will be browser-based, and it could be run by any computer or as webservice. We are currently working on its development. Stay tuned to learn about its upcoming release!
